One specialty, done properly — from helping you choose the right wood for Arizona's climate to the final coat of finish.
New Floor Installation
There's far more to a wood floor than laying planks. We prep and level the subfloor, test for moisture, and choose the right method — nail-down, staple-down, or glue-down over concrete slab — so your floor stays flat, quiet, and beautiful in the desert climate. Old floor removal, baseboards, and clean transitions included in the plan.
Sanding & Refinishing
A cost-effective way to make an older floor look new again. We assess whether your floor is a candidate, then sand, stain, and finish to the sheen you want — or recommend a lighter screen-and-recoat or buff-and-recoat when that's all it needs. Drapes covered, vents sealed, rooms left clean.
Repairs & Restoration
Water damage, pet scratches, boards that need replacing — we match species, grade, and color so the repair disappears into the floor. We've even mailed original boards to the mill to get a perfect match. Repair what's needed, preserve the rest.
